Creating an Unforgettable Experience in just 1 month
Jennifer and Vincent had always imagined a beautiful wedding day, but with just one month left before saying “I do”, there was still a lot to organise, design, and coordinate. That’s when they reached out to us to help bring everything together and shape their Ibiza wedding.
Jennifer, from New York, and Vincent, from France, wanted to celebrate their 14 years together with an elegant outdoor wedding in Ibiza — a place that had become very special to them over the years. They invited around 80 of their closest friends and family from around the world to join them for the celebration.
Planning a destination wedding in just one month might sound ambitious, but with the right team, trusted local partners, and a clear creative vision, everything came together beautifully. From sourcing unique decor pieces to coordinating suppliers across the island, we focused on creating a celebration that felt effortless, elegant, and completely personal to them.
We worked closely with Jennifer and Vincent to understand the atmosphere they wanted to create for their wedding day. From the overall mood and clean, minimalist colour palette to the catering and evening music, every element was carefully discussed and planned together.
Music was one of the couple’s top priorities. They wanted the evening to feel vibrant and full of energy, so guests could truly enjoy the celebration. For the main party, the famous Italian DJ <a href=”https://www.bendj.com” target=”_blank”>@BenDj</a> set the tone with world-class music that kept the dance floor full throughout the night.
Guests were also surprised with a beautiful traditional flamenco performance by <a href=”https://leonesdemadrid.com” target=”_blank”>Leones de Madrid</a>. To make this moment even more special, we designed and built a bespoke stage over the garden’s fish pond — creating a unique setting for the dancers and a memorable experience for everyone present.
Despite the short planning timeline, everything came together beautifully thanks to careful coordination, trusted local partners, and a clear vision for the day. The result was an elegant Ibiza wedding with natural décor, vibrant entertainment, and a relaxed atmosphere that perfectly reflected the couple.
Jennifer had a beautiful idea for the reception — to keep everything inspired by nature and fully connected to the gardens surrounding the space. Our goal was to make the design feel effortless and harmonious with the setting rather than overly styled.
We used delicate florals and soft greenery so the décor blended naturally into the landscape. A bespoke structure was created above the reception tables to suspend woven lanterns, adding warmth and creating a cosy, intimate atmosphere for dinner.
The colour palette stayed very natural: lush greenery, ivory flowers, and soft neutral linens. Baby’s breath centrepieces, candles, and simple textures brought a romantic glow to the tables as the evening light slowly faded.
The hanging wicker lanterns became the defining element of the reception design. Their warm light and natural texture helped transform the garden into an inviting and elegant dining space — relaxed, atmospheric, and perfectly in tune with the understated style the couple had envisioned.
Jennifer and Vincent had a clear vision for their wedding day. They wanted an elegant and cosy setting where they could enjoy time with their guests, share good wine and music, and celebrate late into the night.
Our role was to bring that vision to life while ensuring everything ran smoothly behind the scenes.
Logistics played a big part in this wedding. The villa was located at the end of a narrow lane, which meant careful coordination was needed for both suppliers and guests. We organised shuttle transportation from an off-site parking area and created a detailed schedule to manage arrivals, setup, and guest transfers throughout the day.
With thoughtful planning and strong coordination, everything came together seamlessly despite the short preparation time. The result was a beautiful Ibiza wedding that felt elegant, relaxed, and completely personal to the couple.
It was a real pleasure to create this celebration for Jennifer and Vincent and to see their wedding day shared with the people closest to them.
