Fifty years honored in a celebration of connection, refinement, and joy.
Farhad’s 50th birthday celebration was an extraordinary, four-day event filled with luxury, meaningful connections, and thoughtful, personalized details, all orchestrated by Serafina Weddings & Events. The venue was a magnificent villa with breathtaking sea views and 14 bedrooms, allowing all his guests to stay together under one roof. This was especially significant for Farhad, as his guests had traveled from various countries, and he hadn’t seen many of them in years.
As Farhad is originally Iranian, we incorporated elements of his heritage into the event’s design. The number 50 was beautifully written in Farsi on the stationery and cakes, adding a personal and unique touch. Upon arrival, each guest found a warm welcome in their room, which included a custom-made cake and a bottle of rare tequila. Meeting this request was no small feat—we even sourced a box of Komos tequila from France at the last moment to ensure everything was perfect.
One highlight of the celebration was the inclusion of Komos tequila, a brand Farhad had tasted during a skiing vacation in Lech and loved. Known for being almost impossible to find, we spent over a month and a half sourcing a box of this special tequila. Against all odds, we succeeded, and Farhad was able to enjoy it with his guests during the celebration dinner, adding an extra layer of delight to the evening.
Day 1
The festivities began with a welcome dinner at the villa. Guests checked in and were greeted with cocktails and a lively atmosphere. The evening featured a delicious buffet dinner, dancing, and music by a DJ, setting a joyful tone for the days ahead.
Day 2
The second day brought a luxurious boating excursion to Formentera. Guests enjoyed catered snacks, tequila-based cocktails crafted by a barman, and lively music from DJ Maricha. They danced, laughed, and soaked in the beautiful surroundings. Upon returning to the villa, eight professional stylists were ready to help the guests with makeup and hair, preparing them for the evening.
That night, a magical celebration dinner was held at the villa. The table was adorned with flowers and candles, creating an enchanting setting. Guests were serenaded by the sounds of a Spanish guitar and violin while enjoying exquisite dishes. A fully stocked bar featured tequila, champagne, and more, including the much-anticipated Komos tequila. The night ended with a lively dance party in the villa’s private club, with a DJ providing the perfect soundtrack.
Day 3
The third day was dedicated to relaxation at the villa, followed by an exciting evening at an exclusive club Hi where Black Coffee performed. The group danced the night away in an electric atmosphere, with seamless transportation ensuring a stress-free experience.
On the fourth day, the group spent the day at Beach House, one of Ibiza’s finest beach clubs. They enjoyed refreshing drinks, a delightful lunch, and the signature lively vibes of the venue, complete with music and, of course, plenty of tequila.
The celebration concluded with a smooth departure for all the guests. We ensured every detail, from transportation to their airport send-offs, was perfectly handled. Farhad’s 50th birthday was an unforgettable experience, filled with personal touches, luxury, and the joy of being surrounded by loved ones.
